UK SHIPPING

We ship all UK orders within 1–3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.50).

We also offer Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (before 1pm) for £8.50, which can be selected at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2.30pm. Please note this service requires a signature on delivery.

Our studio is closed on Saturdays and Sundays your order will be shipped on Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, followed by delivery notifications directly from Royal Mail. Using your tracking link, you can update your delivery options, including selecting a safe place or neighbour.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped within 1–3 working days via DHL Express (£35).

All international orders are sent inclusive of duties and taxes — there are no additional charges on delivery.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking and delivery updates directly from DHL. Please note that a signature is required, so we recommend using a delivery address where you (or someone you trust) will be available to receive your parcel.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. 

We process refunds in 1-2 working days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account following receipt of your refund confirmation email.

Please note from 1st March 2024 that a £1.85 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.  This excludes exchanges which are shipped free of charge.

Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be processed individually.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: 

1. Please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number to gain access to the portal
2. Please use the email address associated with the order
3. Select item/s to return or exchange, print out label and attach.
4. Once posted please keep your Proof of postage with tracking number we cannot issue a refund without this information if your package gets lost.
5. Cost for UK RETURN £1.85 from 1st March 2024 a £1.85 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
6. All UK Returns are sent using  Royal Mail tracked 48 hours
7. Exchanges are free of charge.

EXCHANGES UK

If you request an exchange, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for a different size. However, you cannot exchange for a different item. 

Exchanges are free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To initiate a return or an exchange from abroad, please email returns@tallulahandhope.com quoting your order number and items you wish to return.

Return Costs by DHL (from 1st March 2024):
Please note from 1st March the cost to return will be £10.00 for international returns which will be deducted from the total order refund amount.
